Breast of lamb a succulent and flavourful , a lean cut that is perfect for slow-cooking such as braising or roasting. they are rich in flavour and have a tender texture.
Yorkshire reared lamb bought seasonally from local farms. Spring Lamb tends to come around in the April but we stick to the hogget for longer as we personally feel it has more flavour.
