We use only the plumpest, soft, juicy strawberries in this most quintessential of our recipes. Mrs Darlington’s Strawberry Jam is perfect on scones with clotted Cream, makes the ultimate jam butty and adds a fruity dash to rice pudding or porridge.

It’s the quality of the delicate, juicy berries we use that makes this such an outstandingly delicious, sweet raspberry jam. Fantastic on toast or fresh baked bread, or as a filling in a classic Victoria sponge with fresh Cream.
