Pan fried, stuffed and rolled or diced for a stroganoff, the Pork fillet is one of the most versatile and tender parts of the carcass. The tender piece out of a Pork T Bone comes as a full fillet to slice for medallions and cook like fillet steak.
Our fantastic pork is locally sourced from Yorkshire Farmers, predominately Mark Brankley who is based in York. The beautiful flavour of this meat reflects the way in which it is reared. Succulent, soft and buttery, Mark’s pigs will give you great results in the kitchen.
