A proper pork chop from taken from the middle of the loin. We sell our chops the traditional way with the rind-on to make that bit of crackling. Always use the juicy fat for flavour during cooking, even if you don’t like to eat it.
Our fantastic pork is locally sourced from Yorkshire Farmers, predominately Mark Brankley who is based in York. The beautiful flavour of this meat reflects the way in which it is reared. Succulent, soft and buttery, Mark’s pigs will give you great results in the kitchen.
