Silverside is a lean, boneless cut of beef with a less marbled look than other cuts and a wide-grained texture. Its best to be cooked for longer on a low temperature.
All of our beef is from Yorkshire Limousine Heifers, they are hung for a minimum of 28 days to ensure that we are providing our customers with the most tender and flavoursome produce.
