Taken from the Forerib, the rib eye is fast becoming the nation’s favourite steak. Its generous intermuscular marbling makes for good eating – after all, fat means flavour. Dry-aged to a minimum of 28 days the rib eye is succulent and juicy. We recommend medium-rare.
All of our beef is from Yorkshire Limousine Heifers, they are hung for a minimum of 28 days to ensure that we are providing our customers with the most tender and flavoursome produce.
